Synopsis
Yoroi Kyosuke is a convicted swindler who is recruited by the government to serve as a spy against terrorists. Dorothy, also a member of Kyosuke's team, has been established as an elite spy with previous experience as part of the UK's intelligence agency MI6.
Story
Yoroi Kyosuke has 13 previous convictions and is serving a 30-year jail sentence. One day, while in jail, Kyosuke receives an inconceivable request from Prime Minister Yoshizawa. It is to become a “secret agent” and fight against terrorists, in exchange for his freedom. Having made up his mind, Kyosuke, together with Dorothy and the others, fight against an international terrorist organisation attempting to kill the Prime Minister and oust the Japanese government …
